2 slices organic gluten-free bread (Find a TigerNut bread recipe here)
1/2 cup TigerNut Flour
1 Tbsp. TigerNut Oil
1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or coconut sugar)
- In medium-sized frying pan over medium heat, melt TigerNut oil.
- In small bowl, whisk egg. Dip bread slices into egg, then flour, until well coated.
- Cook slices several minutes on each side, until golden.
- Serve French toast drizzled with maple syrup. Enjoy!
