TigerNut French Toast


2 slices organic gluten-free bread (Find a TigerNut bread recipe here)
1 egg
1/2 cup TigerNut Flour
1 Tbsp. TigerNut Oil
1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or coconut sugar)


  1. In medium-sized frying pan over medium heat, melt TigerNut oil.
  2. In small bowl, whisk egg. Dip bread slices into egg, then flour, until well coated.
  3. Cook slices several minutes on each side, until golden.
  4. Serve French toast drizzled with maple syrup. Enjoy!
