1 cup TigerNut flour (I used Organic Gemini)
10 tbsp TigerNut oil
1/4 cup Non dairy milk of choice
1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 tbsp liquid sweetener (agave or maple)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor, until completely smooth. Keep in an airtight container and enjoy!
