BEET RED VELVET CUPCAKE

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup freshly poured boiled beats

1/3 TigerNuts or coconut oil 

1 1/4 maple sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 tsp salt 

1 1/2 tbs cacao powder

1 cup TigerNut or almond milk

1 cup Spelt flour

1/2 cup TigerNut Flour 

DIRECTIONS

Mix everything together in the food processor and bake at 350 F. 

Baking Time:

Takes 20 min for small cupcakes and 25 min for big cupcakes
