CHOCOLATE TIGERNUT BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

•1 cup TigerNut Flour
•1/2 cup raw cacao
•1 1/2 cup dates (soak in warm water for a few minutes of need softening)
•2 small bananas

•1/2 cup cashew (or any sub) milk

•1/2 cup apple sauce

•1/4 cashew butter

•1 organic egg (or flax or chia egg)

•1 tsp baking powder
•2 tsp vanilla
•1 cup organic dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

In food processor combine all wet ingredients and blend. Add dry ingredients, blend, and then fold in Choc chips. Oil 9 inch pan with coconut oil and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes depending on oven. (Keep an 👀 on them so they don't burn.) Eat right out of the pan or top with your favorite nice cream and some Elemental Superfood Crumble.
