PEACH CAKE

INGREDIENTS

2 ½  Cups TigerNut Flour

1 TBS Flax meal

1 TBS chia seed grounded

½ Baking soda

½ Baking powder

¼ cup arrowroot

1 teaspoons baking powder

½ baking soda

½  TSP xanthan gum

½  tsp salt

½  cup coconut oil

¾  Maple syrup

½  cup applesauce

2-TBS vanilla extract

1 TBS orange Grated zest  

¼  cup hot water

½ Cup pecans sliced

Two peaches peeled and sliced into a large pieces (cubes)

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 325F.

2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, except the sugar and pecans.

3. Add,  all the wet ingredients, then fold in the pecans and peach cubes.

4. Spread the batter on the tin and bake it for 55min.

5. Let it cool down for 20min until you cut them and ready to it.
