Dressing   Meal   Nut-Free   Paleo   TigerNut Oil  



1/4 cup + 3 tbsp TigerNut Flour
1/4 cup TigerNut Oil

3 Organic, pastured eggs or 3 Flax Eggs (1 Tbsp ground flax + 3 Tbsp warm water = 1 egg. Stir and keep in fridge for at least 10 minutes before using)
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together (flax eggs count as wet).
Mix the two together. Dough will appear more like batter than traditional pizza dough.
Pour onto baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and use knife to cut out a circular or rectangular shape. Eat the scraps.
Add your toppings and bake for another 10 minutes or so.
