TigerNut Butter


  • 2 cups TigerNuts or TigerNut Flour
  • 1/4 cup TigerNut oil or coconut oil (plus more as needed)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. The Myers Way® Paleo Protein Powder 
  • 5 drops Liquid Stevia (optional)
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. Store in a glass jar in the fridge and use as desired.
