TIGERNUT LAVENDER GRAHAM CRACKERS

Ingredients

2 cup TigerNut Flour

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 flaxseed

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

2 tsp dried lavender

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup  coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup almond milk

Directions

    Process all ingredients together to form a dough
    Refrigerate for one hour
    Preheat oven to 325
    Using parchment paper, roll out dough so that it is flat and use a knife or cookie cutter to form rectangle shaped crackers.  
    Stick with fork to give the graham cracker "holes"
    Bake for about 20 minutes until crackers are dry.
    Let cool completely before enjoying.  Store in the fridge.
