TIGERNUT MAYO

INGREDIENTS

1 organic egg from a pastured source

¼ cup TigerNut Oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in an immersion blender until thick.
Store in jar in fridge.
 
Lasts for about 1 week
 
*Add 1-2 cloves of garlic to turn into aioli!
