TIGERNUTS MORNING GLORY MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

Makes 12 Muffins 350/45/1hr cooking time

¼ Goji Berries 

¼ Sunflower Seeds

3tsp Flax Grounded 

3tsp Chia Grounded 

½ Cup Hot Water

1 Tbs Coconut oil

1tbs TigerNut Oil

Let it sit 15min

1 Small Orange Food Processed 

6oz TigerNut Milk

1 ½ Maple Sugar 

3 cups TigerNut Flour

1tsp Baking Powder

1tsp Baking Soda

DIRECTIONS 

Soak Goji Berries, Flax and Chia Seeds in the hot water and let it sit for about 15min.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

After 15min, add all other ingredients and stir it well with a spoon.

Bake time: 45Min- 1hr
